Katie Gross

Owner | Lead Stylist & Lash Trainer

Katie Gross got her start in the beauty industry in 2003 as a graduate of National Beauty College. She then continued on her education and obtained her associate’s degree in business management in 2010 and hoped to use her degree to open her own salon one day. She achieved that goal and opened Suburban Lash Beauty in 2019.

Though she has been a Master Hairstylist in both TN and OH, in 2014 Katie decided to add a new service to her skillset: lash extensions. This new obsession opened many doors for her through the years where she became a trainer for Bella Lash, a Senior International Journalist for Lash Inc Magazine and was featured in a lash influencer book! She created and sold The Lash Artist Box (a subscription service for pro lash artists!) and has judged international lash competitions, spoken at lash conferences, and is currently the Head Trainer for the Endure Lash brand and offers local and nationwide training. You can see her pictured on the cover of Lash Inc. Magazine for November, 2021!

When Katie is not in the salon, making her customers into the best version of themselves, she can be found at home with her husband Dan, their two beautiful children Bennett and Blakely, their Goldendoodle, Toby Heath and mini Goldendoodle, Mabel Jean. You may even see her Vespa parked in front of the salon from time to time and you’ll know if it’s hers because the license says “LASHZ.”

Katie currently holds the title of Mrs. Ohio America 2023-24 and competed for Mrs. America in August of 2023! She is hosting and co-producing Beauty Ohio 2024 in June, featuring Northeast Ohio’s top business talent. Find more on this here!

Raven

Lash Stylist & Advanced Esthetician

Raven has been in love with the beauty industry since she was younger and would watch her mother apply her makeup. From there she would always play in makeup and even got into special effects makeup. She loved all things beauty so much that in 2017 she decided to attend Brown Aveda and earned her advanced esthetician license. While in school she was trained in lash extensions and from there she took the deep dive into her lash career. She has now been working in the lash industry for 5 years and has excelled tremendously! She is so excited to be a part of the team at Suburban Lash & Beauty and is looking forward to meeting new clients!

Raven specializes in lash extensions, body waxing, dermaplaning, lash lifts and tints & brow laminations.

Katie P.

Hair Stylist/ Body Waxing

Katie P. comes to us with over 10 years of experience! She graduated from Akron Beauty School and has been licensed since 2013. She specializes in hair color and cute and goes above and beyond for her clients to give them the look they desire. Over the years she has built beautiful long-term relationships with her clients and takes pride in her work.

On her days off, Katie loves to have fun with her daughter and enjoys her home with family & friends. She is always on the go finding new places and things to do!

Meg

Esthetician

Licensed in esthetics since July 2022, Meg always knew she wanted to be a makeup artist. From a young age she would beg her mom for makeup and secretly take her sister’s makeup and practice on herself. After enrolling in esthetician school as an adult she immediately fell in love with skin care too and knew she made the right choice for her career. Meg loves to see how her client’s face filled with joy upon finishing a service. She is very excited to start this new adventure and can’t wait to see you!

Meg specializes in Dermaplaning, facials, lash lift and tints, brow lamination/tinting, and makeup artistry.

The salon is fantastic! Skilled technicians. Amazing products (Davines) and they are green! Love that they recycle everything they can and use natural products! My hair looked and smelled amazing!
